Director Supertech is lead by Mr. Jeevan H. Ratod who joined his father's family construction business after completing his MBA degree in 1998, Jeevan Ratod is backed by over 25 years experience in the building industry and now leads a team of capable professionals and engineers in constructing and renovating high-end architecturally-designed properties.

Mr. Jeevan Ratod is well-respected in the building industry demonstrated through the strong relationships he has established with architects and with his satisfied clients.

Pradeep Nevarekar is a proven leader, having worked and learnt under strong mentors himself, and his success lies in his commitment to taking a ‘hands-on’ management approach. This allows him not only to guarantee that the highest standard of workmanship and materials are delivered for each project, but also to ensure the best experience for each client through honest and efficient communication and project adaptability.
